My girlfriend and I have been loyal Warby Parker customers for a while at this point. Today we had an OUTSTANDING experience at the Cherry Creek store today, thanks to Jace, the optician who assisted us. Jace was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. He took the time to carefully explain all of our options and made sure we felt confident with our choices. Jace’s friendly and approachable demeanor made the process easy and stress-free. It’s clear that he truly cares about providing great customer service. I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Jace if you need any help – you won’t be disappointed!

Update ... I have revised this review up to 5 stars because Warby Parker customer service saw my initial Google review and contacted me to replace my progressive glasses that had broken soon after the warranty period. They took big steps (replacement glasses) to make me whole again. I'm very pleased.

I really like the WP website and tools on their website.

Update: Still five stars! I was in a few weekends ago because a toddler stepped on my sunglasses (my fault) and I was hoping they could be saved. It was such a fast and easy fix. Jace was I believe name of the associate who helped me - very fast, thorough, friendly, and had very cool tattoos. Thank you!
