I’ve been to multiple WP locations in NY and this is now my favorite. The space is expansive, light and airy. The layout made it easy to find glasses and not be overwhelmed with the choices. The staff was beyond helpful. Both Dr Wong and Dana helped me more than expected. Shout out to Dana for helping me pick out the best frames so they would match my style and not clash with my hair color

Great experience. I went for an eye exam; to get glasses, contacts and sunglasses. The visit was so fast but not in a way that felt rushed and impersonal. Dr. Wong was engaging and explained every part clearly. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. The person who helped me pick out frames picked up on my style/preferences and went to the back and brought out sunglasses that I loved.

Warby on Flatbush staff were very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. We needed to get proper reading glasses for my 81 year old mom, but the prescription we brought in were for progressives, something my mom didn’t care for, as she really didn’t need those. Between Dakota, Dexter, Chanel and Dr. Wong, they all worked together on getting the right number, frame, fit and finalize the order. We were on and out in about 20 minutes and the store was very busy. This was my first time utilizing the in store purchasing option. I’m a previous customer of the online service from 2 years ago. The customer service was just as wonderful then. Thank you!

Dr. Fung was thorough, sociable, and polite. He took the time to review my eyes and thoroughly explain different things. The store staff was engaging, friendly, and professional. Scheduling my appointment online was easy, and it started on time. The digital repository for any prescriptions makes it very easy to get glasses down the line or elsewhere if you so choose. Overall, I am happy with the service of this location.

Highly recommend this location and more importantly, the eye docs and associates. The store and exam room(s) are clean and convenient. The whole process was efficient but not rushed, and fun.

My eye exam was very comfortable & efficient- the tools seemed a bit more updated and comfortable than what I was accustomed to, and Dr. Kim was great. Received my vision RX immediately after via email, which I was able to save to my cellphone/have an easy digital record of.

After the eye exam, Frankie, an associate, thoroughly walked me through which types of frames/shapes would accommodate my strong prescription, as well as what colors might be complementary to my skin + hair & features. I really appreciated his input and help, and went with an exciting (to me) frame!

Before placing the order, he walked me through using EyeMed (out of network), and how to process a claim.

He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and made the entire process fun & enjoyable. Will definitely be seeking his help in the future!
