I’ve been a customer for about six years and I’ve noticed over time some of the benefits of being a customer taken away - like pay $50 to replace lenses no longer exists, much higher prices overall, etc. Today 11/10/24 I went in and it was about 5:30pm - so 30 minutes until the store closed, and I just wanted a simple glasses adjustment and was told that they just did the last one and the optician was not going to do anymore. I went 25 minutes out my way to finally get my loose glasses tightened and they won’t do it. That’s lousy customer service. The store was empty! And that’s the tipping point for me. I’m going to get my glasses at Pearle Vision from now on. I don’t know why you think it’s OK to treat long-time, loyal, customers poorly. We won’t stand for it. You guys used to be great. What happened? Sorry if you hate your jobs.

I had a great experience at the store! The eye exam was thorough, and the doctor was very kind. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable too. I paid $315 for the eye exam and a pair of prescription glasses, which I found quite affordable even without insurance.

It was my first time visiting a Warby Parker retail store, and I had a wonderful time shopping for new glasses. Yolanda helped me select two frames. She was very informative, attentive, friendly, and patient while I narrowed down my choices. There are a TON of fun and stylish frames so this took some time. 🙂

I was pleasantly surprised to learn you can update your prescription in your current WP frames if it changes for a nominal fee. I will definitely be back when the time comes for new frames or updated lenses.

Love visiting the store in person. The staff helps pick out frames, they make it so simple to get the job done of purchasing new glasses. Out of there in less than 30 minutes with glasses on order that I love.

Edit— it’s been two weeks since my expedited order has been placed and it still says finishing up and working on it (changes on different days). Disappointing as I had a great experience in store and spent a good amount of money but the follow up isn’t great :/

I had a very satisfying experience at the Warby Parker store on 4th Street. Everybody there was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was able to make an eye appointment on the spot for when I wanted one, and immediately found 2 frames that suited my needs. And I felt the prices were very reasonable.
