This is the best eyeglass shopping experience I have ever had. Literally walked into the store, found a pair of glasses I loved in under 10 minutes and was out in the next five. I have never experienced this with other retailers. Will definitely return.

Highly recommend Warby Parker for your eyeglass needs. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Very easy to work with and don't feel like they are trying to upsell anything. The eye exam was very great and addressed all my needs as well as future recommendations.

The staff was very helpful and friendly good selection of glasses. I was able to pick out the style I wanted and ordered two pairs of glasses and clip on sun glasses. It was easy and I was done no time.

Excellent service! I felt amazing visiting their location, they were very helpful and kind! They didn’t give me the feeling of just wanting to sell you glasses and take your money. They take their time explaining things you don’t understand. The pricing is okay, mostly average if you pay out of pocket. Also, their selection of glasses is amazing! I purchased a prescription pair and sunglasses. Can’t wait. Would recommend !

Nooooooo. Company is a big sham and waste of time. Went to the one downtown Sacramento. They said they didn’t have what I needed. They sent me out to Roseville. I drive way out to Roseville and they don’t have what I need. Please go somewhere else if you value your time and effort.
