My daughter and I had a great experience at this location. We were greeted immediately upon entering and the staff was very attentive. Mathew helped us and he was the best. He was knowledgeable, patience, and friendly when choosing new glasses. We each also had our current Warby glasses fixed and the technician was great too. The glasses were fixed correctly and fast. I highly recommend this location.

If you aren’t getting your glasses from warby parker what are you doing?!?! In all seriousness I love this brand with my whole heart and just had a fabulous time shopping for a new pair! Marci was so incredibly helpful and we found my perfect pairs, highly recommend 🙂

What a great experience! Vince was enthusiastic, helpful and made the process easy to understand and follow. The doctor was very professional and made me feel at ease during the examination. I will be visiting this site again for my next eye examination.

In and out in about 30 minutes, purchased 3 pairs of glasses, and the customer service was phenomenal! The selection to choose from was perfect. The staff members were welcoming and extremely helpful! A true team effort. Great experience!

Walked in and got an eye exam with little to no wait, without a prior appointment, the optometrist was very thorough & professional. Received personalized service from Mike when picking out frames for three new pair of glasses. It couldn't have gone any smoother, would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic first experience here. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful without being pushy, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable. And when I did need help, they guided me through the selection process and offered helpful opinions about which frames they thought worked for me. The store itself had a great selection of glasses at competitive prices, and the straightforward checkout process was quick and easy. Went back the next day and bought another pair from this staff. Highly recommend.

Warby Hyde Park - I lost a screw in my glasses and it seems normal screws are too big. Can you fix these if I come in? There is no phone number to reach out and customer service couldn’t tell me. I don’t want to drive from St. Pete if there is no way to fix them in the store.

Besides having a wide selection in all sizes and styles, the sales person asked once to help me, explained the layout of styles, and did not pester me. As a long time Wrby Parker wearer new to this store, I was impressed. And the lens options upgrades were clearly explained and left to me to decide. Bravo!
