We visited the Warby Parker to check out their amazing collection of sunglasses and reading glasses.
The service was efficient and smooth for us and staff was friendly and ready to help us according to our requirements.
The prices were also great with unmatched styles with glasses available from different stores.
Overall, our experience was great and extremely positive.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience here that started at a Warby Parker in Salt Lake City! The staff was so kind and knowledgeable, the selection of frames is actually quite extensive they have several options they don’t have room to display but many frames come in different color-ways and widths. Will be a customer for life!

I was looking for new glasses. My daughter told me about Warby Parker. I am so glad she did. Warby Parker made it easy. First I looked around online and then I went into the store. It was so easy in the store. The people were friendly, effecient and helped me make sure I got what I needed. The price was great!!! HIghly recommend.

They helped me with getting new Warby Parker glasses that I was happy with and helped me understand the break down of everything but also helped adjust sunglasses that were not Warby Parker. That’s the kind of care and customer service that makes me want to come back.

The staff at this location is completely unprofessional and inexcusably rude, displaying a blatant lack of customer service skills. I intended to purchase three frames and schedule an eye exam for both myself and my girlfriend. Despite being only slightly late, I was treated with utter contempt. My previous admiration for this brand has been utterly destroyed by today's abysmal service. I will no longer be patronizing this brand. If you hope to retain customers and improve your profits, you need to hire competent employees.
