I had a fantastic experience at this location! Alida was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I arrived about eight minutes late for my appointment, not realizing that after a five-minute grace period, I would need to reschedule. Thankfully, Alida went above and beyond to ensure I was still able to see the doctor. She was patient, cheerful, and professional throughout the entire process. I can be a bit indecisive, but she guided me in choosing a beautiful frame with genuine enthusiasm. I left completely satisfied and highly recommend this location, and Warby Parker in general!

Williamsburg Warby Parker is a whole vibe! The staff is so attentive and has such amazing personal style, it’s no wonder they helped me pick the best frames. The optometrist was thorough and taught me so much about my eye health. And they donated my old glasses! 10 out of 10

My husband and I went in to Warby Parker this morning and we were lucky enough to randomly get Alida to help us. All I can say is I hope everyone is as lucky as we were! Alida knows every pair of glasses in the store and after we explained our needs Alida popped a pair of glasses on my husband that were absolutely perfect. Alida explained everything and was also just a joy to work with! Sweet, smart, accommodating, and super knowledgeable! If Alida is not already management, she sure should be!

Was treated quickly and ever so kindly by the bright and beautiful Alida on several occasions. Each time her customer service skills have been truly welcoming, warm, and give all around star quality in intellectual information about the glasses and the company, as well as the empathetic skills to read a room, and greet a customer as if it’s a guest in their home. Walked in with out an appointment and greeted by a sales associate named Ahmed. He was super helpful and answered all my questions.
