just had my eye exam for contacts and glasses. I had an amazing experience. The doctor Erica was very thorough and knowledgeable and Sarina helped me patiently select glasses and even helped me plan some that I’m going back for. must visit for sure! and to add the store is absolutely gorgeous

Serena was so wonderful and helped me pick two perfect pairs of glasses that suited me. I went on for another frame and she gently and thankfully helped me find the right pairs for me! The whole team there was so sweet and gave helpful feedback! It was a wonderful experience! Cannot recommend them enough!!!

Good store. Doctor Shah and Doctor Patel did an absolutely great job creating my new glasses. Online Customer Service was Really Super. They Went Out Of Their Way to help me several times. The Best Online Service I Have Had In A Long Time.

I’m so happy with my first ever experience at Warby Parker! I was extremely impressed with the store & their service! After ordering frames online to try at home, I didn’t think any of the frames looked right on me so I went into the store to ask some questions and get some guidance. Cyrenna at WP Perimeter was phenomenal! She welcomed me into the store as soon as I walked in and gave me her undivided attention while she suggested frames that were flattering for my face, answered all my questions, and educated me about everything Warby Parker has to offer! She was friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable, and everyone working in the store was helpful, courteous, and extremely good at their jobs! I will be a loyal Warby Parker customer from now on!

It was my first time shopping at Warby Parker. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I got there an hour before they closed and was concerned if that would give me enough time to really browse and get the help I need.

Shakira (I believe that was her name) was very patient with me and assured me she would give me the time and attention I needed. I pulled out lots of frames, and she assisted as I tried on like 7 pair. I placed my order for 2 pairs of glasses and fingers crossed i hope and pray all will be well.

I gave 5 stars because of the excellent customer service, Shakira seemed to be very knowledgeable, and her expertise was truly appreciated. I will update my review once I recieved my glasses and add photos.
