I visited today, and the staff were very kind and helpful as always. I checked in for a cleaning and adjustment of two of my glasses, both rose gold Ava frames. Mimi was very helpful and cleaned, adjusted and changed the nose pads on both glasses, and gave good advice on how to care for them. At no cost.

I've been visiting this store since 2018, and it's always been a great experience. The staff are awesome and I love my Ava glasses. Highly recommend.

I love shopping here. The selection is fantastic as well as the price point. The customer service is wonderful. They are friendly without being pushy. You can really browse without being bothered to buy and when you have questions or are ready to purchase, they are kind and helpful as they move you through the process. I love my glasses and will most definitely shop here again.

I went through the home try-on program and pick 2 frames out of 5 candidates. I then went to the store with my doctor's prescriptions for 2 pairs of glasses. In store, they only have one pair of frame that I wanted. The other pair they'll have to order for me. So, for this pair I used a different color frame for all the measurements. No problem there. I received both pairs of glasses just exactly as expected. I really like the home try-on program. It gave me a much relaxed pace to pick a frame out of hundreds in the online store. When I was in the Santana store, I was greeted by an older sales lady. She is not very keen on technology but very friendly and helpful. Other staff members in the store were very quick to help her with the technical issues. Overall, I was very happy to placed my orders through the lady. The end result is exactly as expected down by the book. I still have some questions that I need to go back to the store and ask. But that may be just because I'm a new progressive lenses user. BTW, WarbyParker don't do bifocals.

I visited the Warby Parker in the Santana Row shopping complex to purchase glasses. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years. This was my first visit to a brick and mortar store. I had a really good experience.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and really pretty. Who doesn’t like being assisted by beautiful women. I enjoyed the experience and purchased two pair of glasses.
