Great experience! I haven’t gotten my eyes checked in over a decade and the process was seamless. Everyone here was so helpful and nice. The store is super organized and the process was quick. Using my insurance was so seamless it was like going to an Apple Store but for glasses. They have a huge variety of frames. I have a small nose bridge and was able to find the pair i like that’s super cute and stylish. I can’t wait til my glasses are delivered!

A month ago I broke my glasses that I absolutely loved. Since I am very particular about my frames, and didn’t want to deal with the hassle of picking out a new one, I contacted the company that I purchased those frames through to see if I could order the exact same frames with an updated prescription. I was told my beloved frames had been discontinued! After searching at several other stores for something similar with no luck, I brought my broken frames to Warby Parker and asked for help finding a similar style. The two gentlemen there were so helpful and patient while I tried on frames searching for the right pair. I ended up finding three frames that I loved! The prices are great so I bought all three so I am never in the same position when I inevitably break one.

I visited the store initially to confirm they were able to fill an existing prescription and ship it to a preferred location. The service I received from Anthony was top notched and very welcoming. Today I returned to purchase glasses and once again received amazing service. The lady who greeted me was welcoming, kind and efficient. She was able to help me find glasses and complete my order. The process was so easy. The selection of glasses were amazing! I will definitely be back and highly recommend them to family and friends!
