Super friendly staff, I had a great time picking out frames that best suited my face. The engaging staff were super helpful, humorous and informative. If you are deliberating over glasses, stop by and they’ll gladly take the time to go over the fine details of each pair with you like from the vast number of choices in their inventory. I’d like to highlight all of them as they all engaged with me, with Gillian finalizing my prescription, and I cannot overstate how all of them were very funny, bright and inviting! Overall 10/10.

I found the perfect pair of new glasses that are bold and fun. Jackie helped me every step of the way. She was so patient and answered all my questions and helped me pick a pair that would not only compliment my face shape but even took my complexion into consideration when helping me pick what color frames to go for. I wouldn’t have thought of that, but she was totally right. I don’t typically write reviews but she really made the process so easy and fun. Thanks for the help!

I’ve had perfect vision until my mid-30s, so this was my first time needing glasses I really wasn’t sure where to begin. So I brought the kids and husband for support and the staff was super kind. The person who helped me was not at all pushy, but watched from the sidelines to offer help and opinions when needed. She made me feel totally comfortable with trying on basically every pair in the store twice. She also popped out sunglasses lenses so I could see the frames as regular glasses. The selection was awesome, add ons were straightforward, price was great, check out was super quick and simple, and I felt zero pressure to purchase anything. Bonus that they were really kind to our kids and didn’t make us feel like it was wrong to bring a four and six year old to a glasses store and even welcomed their opinions, and let them look (and touch) without worry. Great experience, thank you guys!

Went into Warby Parker just before they closed and showed them a pair of glasses that had a really bad bend on the arm. Thinking I’d have to just purchase a new frame, George was a miracle worker and saved my glasses as well as my pocketbook. At least for that frame, I did find another frame I loved and so it ended up costing me a new pair of glasses. But no fault of George!! He saved me from paying again for the old pair. Thank you George! Great Warby Parker location!

If you are looking for a great deal on eyewear, Warby Parker is the place to go!! They have a wonderful deal on frames that have the lenses included in the price, so it makes it easy to budget. At this particular location, we were helped by Brian. Brian was absolutely awesome! He was polite, professional and warm. It was like being helped by a family friend. We will definitely be going back to this location.

Had a wonderful experience getting my second ever pair of glasses. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Helped me with picking my frames and even explained my prescription to me. I will definitely be back! I highly recommend this location, very convenient to all the stores and eateries.

Extremely good service! I arrived to shop for glasses and brought my insurance card and prescription. Staff was helpful and friendly while choosing my glasses. The real service came when there was a problem with my insurance card. The employee spoke directly with my insurance company and was able to get the full cost of my glasses covered. It took about 10 days to receive my glasses and they are great. Thanks Warby Parker.

Excellent service at this establishment. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door by Solomon who made us feel welcome and allowed us to take our time looking around instead of controlling the situation. Gillian was an amazing ambassador of the brand. She helped guide my mother to find a great pair of glasses that would fit correctly and fit with her prescription and was very charismatic. Whole process was very smooth and would highly recommend visiting.
