If I could give 10 stars to Kristen at the Warby Parker Corte Madera location, I would! Her attention to detail and thoughtfulness really made my glasses experience over the top. If you are in need of glasses, definitely take the time to stop by here and check them out. Dr. Shah is also amazing and is way better than any optician I’ve ever been to. It’s literally your one stop shop for better vision.

Helpful staff, but not pushy. Offered suggestions on how to narrow down options.

Purchasing/Check out was an easy and efficient process.

I like the convenience of being able to drop in for free adjustments.

Had such a wonderful experience— I was in town on a work trip and needed my nose pads fixed. Not only did B replace them, but she also tightened and cleaned my glasses and got them back to looking brand new. B and everyone on the staff were so kind and hospitable and I appreciated their help so much!! Total rock star team.

Went to Warby Parker for vision check & better computer glasses. Whole process went well. Friendly staff and attentive vision exam by eye doctor. Was not pushed to purchase other prescription glasses than the one I needed. Overall, a good experience.

Superb customer service! Gabby and Kristen were so attentive and delightful. They helped me find the perfect frames, lenses that I am so excited to get delivered to my home soon! Plus, Kristen expertly helped make my current glasses fit better too as I wait for my new prescription to arrive. Truly a great experience! The worst experience that I ever had with a company, I ordered my contacts online and they charge double the same amount and after 3 days a receive a email saying that they don’t have them in stock; they are literally stealing my money because I have not received my refund ($1.040, $520 dollars each or the order. There are many companies that are much more serious than this buffoon of a company.

My Warby Parker online order of progressive lenses in sunglasses and regular just didn't seem right. I loved the frames and lenses and wore them right away. To drive and take a two mile hike. Mistake! I felt nauseated and dizzy wearing the new prescription. My first time using Warby Parker and I wasn't sure how to proceed if I didn't adjust to the glasses. My friend suggested actually going to the store. I figured I should go to the one that has an optician [SF Hayes Valley doesn't have one] so I went to Corte Madera. Santi helped me and, wow, he was incredibly informative, kind and professional. He recommended taking it slow as this was a pretty significant change in prescription. Santi said "Go watch a movie and let your brain settle into them." Also, he suggested that with progressive prescriptions, I should always come in person. I felt very well taken care of and listened to. Highly recommend them.

I've worn contacts and glasses since I was a young girl so I've had tons of experience with many opticians. My experience with this store was superior to all other experiences. From the time I walked through the door until the time I left the staff made me feel like family. They helped me select the best frame for my face and I've never had more compliments in all my life. I want to say a special thank you to, Kristen for all her help. She is so sweet and caring and I'm ready for a prescription renewal just so I can see her. You're guaranteed to get excellent customer service with her or any of the staff which is very hard to find elsewhere these days. They deserve 10 stars, but Google only allows 5!!!
