I rated Warby Parker five stars because I've been using their glasses for years, and I felt it was time to share my experience at their Sarasota mall location. Jonathan provided exceptional care during my visit. There were a few adjustments needed for my order, and some glasses had to be re-ordered, but Jonathan ensured everything went as smoothly as possible. It’s not just the quality of the glasses that impresses me; the outstanding staff, especially Jonathan, truly elevate the experience. Warby Parker will remain my top choice for eyewear.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My only disappointment was they do not do bi-focal lenses. Only progressive. So I bought my frames (which I love) but I have to go to another place to get the bi-focal I need.

Dr. Khan is great. The greeting staff is great. The behind the counter opticians are in the wrong field of work. Just go to Walmart to get your glasses adjusted. The older guy wouldn't adjust my glasses correctly. Kept insisting that "You just can't do that. We can't adjust them to your specifications." when Walmart did it in 7 minutes. I came back to this place 3 times to be disappointed. The younger female optician just didn't want to seem happy or like... care about her job or something. i don't know. Only part worth 5 stars is Dr. Khan, the guy who did the beginning part of my exam, and the staff that greets you at the door.

Cindy helped me purchase the appropriate pair of glass for my progressive lenses and made sure the width of the glasses were correct for the size of my face. I am very satisfied with the selection and the price for the frames was selling for about 60 bucs less than my Optometrist's office's stock of frames. I like to save money. Don't you?

Do NOT purchase here. While the staff is nice the product and policies are horrid. I tried for 2 weeks to speak with someone about my lenses literally peeling after only 8 months. I was told by customer service I could bring them in and leave them to be repaired, but that would leaveme with no eyeglasses. So I had to actually go purchase another pair so I could drop these off to be repaired only to be told they will not be able to replace them and can’t repair them because it is over 6 months. To make it worse, they blamed me calling it my “lifestyle”… I have worn glasses for 50
years and never had a pair of lenses “peel”. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there wasn’t one there that could help me. I asked for the facility phone number so I could call them when they were there. They don’t even have a direct line for you to be able to call the particular store you can only call the 800 number, so essentially the $500 I spent is a complete waste of money and now I have eyeglasses that are unable to be used and they’re not going to do anything about it. That has to be the worst customer service in general but for eyeglasses when you spend that kind of money, absolutely horrific way to treat customers eyeglasses should not wear less than a year: I’ve never had an issue. Horrible company and policy.

Bright, clean, inviting and organized store. Friendly staff who appear to love their jobs and want to help you. Everyone I encountered here (several visits, purchasing and fitting) were very professional and went above and beyond to accommodate me. Glad we found each other!

Every single person in the store or on the phone at Warby Parker WANTS to help you, and it shows. It's a very rare occurrence, but it's WHY I shop there. On my last visit, Mark was my stylist, for lack of a better word. He picked up on my "vibe" and we had fun! The Dr was very professional, as were the others helping me. So Mark, if you read this, you made my day. Glasses and Sunglasses have never been as fun as this was. If I didn't have so much to do to get back to Panama, I would have bought you lunch! I needed a little follow-up as my sunglasses went somewhere other than to me, but all that took was a 5 minute chat and new glasses were in the lab before I said goodbye online. Service before, during and after makes Warby Parker my only choice for Eyeglasses. Bravo,
