I recently visited Warby Parker in Victoria Gardens and had a phenomenal experience. Scheduling an eye appointment on their website was super simple and easy, making the process very convenient.
Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted, setting a positive tone right away. The staff here were amazing and attentive, making me feel exceptionally well taken care of throughout my visit.
The optometrist, Brian, was particularly impressive. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns with outstanding knowledge and professionalism. I've never been treated so well and felt so comfortable in an optometrist's office before.
In addition to the excellent service, I also ordered my glasses from Warby Parker. The prices were very affordable, adding to the overall great experience.
Overall, my visit to Warby Parker in Victoria Gardens was exceptional. From the ease of making an appointment to the warm greeting, attentive staff, and knowledgeable optometrist, every aspect of my visit was outstanding. I highly recommend this location for anyone in need of eye care or new glasses.

I just the had best experience at this location. I’ve never been inside a Warby Parker store before but I went in to purchase new frames because mine were no longer sitting on my face correctly. I was immediately greeted as I walked in by an employee who was very friendly. And I was assisted by Brian who instead of selling me a new pair of glasses, adjusted the ones I have. Not only do they feel like new again, he saved me from buying new ones. Definitely coming back to this location. Thanks a lot!

Dr Brian Baldovino gave me the best eye exam I've had in years. He did a very thorough eye exam, discussed vision topics that I've rarely, if ever, had pointed out to me, patiently answered every question I asked, and explained things in a way I could easily understand without talking down to me.

I'm usually hesitant to get an eye exam at a retail store, as the Optometrists often seem to be highly-focused on the sale of their glasses/contacts with as many "optional" upgrades as possible. Dr Baldovino, however, seemed fully focused on the health of my vision.

This made my decision to purchase my glasses at this same WP retail location a no-brainer. I highly recommend Dr Baldovino and the Victoria Gardens retail staff. I'll definitely be back!

I went into Warby Parker with my dad to browse their selection. They have a lot of options for glasses and sunglasses! I forgot about my prescription papers at home but Richard let us know that it's fine. All I had to do is upload a picture of my prescription. Richard was very knowledgeable about which kind of len index to get. He also sold me on getting transitions for my regular glasses. I had a good experience and I will be coming back here every time I have to get new glasses. Thank you again!

I always had great experiences when visiting this Warby Parker location. All associates are friendly and eager to help. Unlike other eyeglasses stores, the optometrists are walking around and also participating in customer service, which is a great incentive to have an eye health professional help you pick out your prescription glasses.
