Absolutely LOVE this shop. Warby is the spot where my wife and I always upgrade at annually for our frames. Tanner, Carmen, Crystal, and Bri were exceptional in assisting us in our decision making. They check your face and specifically select frames that boost not only your confidence but also your look and spirit! Definitely check out this store for your next pair!

Okay friends. This team.. incredible. 100 % recommend to anyone who needs some new glasses, any frame adjustments, eye checks - you name it.

I went in today and every store member was very welcoming, lovely and down to earth. The store itself is an absolute vibe with a great selection of regular glasses and sun glasses, very stylish and excellent variety. Straight away Crystal was able to take my glasses for an adjustment and in no time at all those glasses came back cleaned and fitted perfectly. Thank you so much!

This Warby was awesome!! I broke my glasses and they were able to fix them in no time at all. We also had so much fun trying on glasses with the associates! I would definitely recommend coming to this location, especially if you’re in the market for glasses. We had a ton of fun!

Had a great experience at Warby Parker today. Great service, selection and prices. They even fixed my current frames that were missing a screw. Carmen was a great help and very patient. Definitely recommend.

Eye exam was on time, thurough, extremely professional. The eye doctor took his time to explain everything and answer any questions.
The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. No pressure picking out new frames, but helpful when needed. Selection of frames was awesome, and quality is great. Overall a very good experience.

I purchased some glasses from Warby Parker about 2 weeks ago. The glasses were delivered and I was happy with frames. However, the glasses needed some adjustments so I took them into the store for adjusting and was rudely told that the person who handles that was not in. She wouldn't even listen to what needed to be done to fix the glasses. Horrible customer service.

I stopped into Warby Parker for the first time at their new Savannah location and was so impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful their staff was! They had an amazing selection of sunglasses and eyeglasses and I can’t wait to wear mine!

Great first time experience! Customer service staff were friendly and welcoming. They were patient and allowed me to try on as many styles as I wanted. They made picking out prescription sunglasses fun, rather than a daunting task! There are so many quality and stylish frames to choose from. The possibilities are endless. They give good feedback on which styles are the best fit for your face. Reasonably priced, since I require a specialized prescription and was paying out of pocket for the sunglasses. Affordability matters! Great job, Warby Parker and thanks Joey!
