Allison is a great optician at this location. knowledgeable, kind, patient and funny. She helped us last January and today, still gave the same great service as last year. Went in for a could have our glasses we purchased at this location to be tightened. Allison acknowledges you as soon as you enter the Warby Parker door and give you a heads up on wait times. Today it was virtually no wait for what I needed although the store was busy. Thanks again Allison.

Looking for a great place to have your exam and pick out lenses? This is your place. Although it can get loud from all the hard surfaces, working with Miele and her team mate - so sorry that I can’t recall his name - were amazing. I sent a snap wearing the frames. My sister said she loved the new frames and they’re the best pair I’ve had in a while. Have fun while finding frames. Who would have thought that sentence would come out of me 😆

I have only had wonderful experiences at this location, as they are the perfect combination of warm and professional. I really appreciate the careful attention to get the fit on both my glasses just right and the meticulous care/lesson in cleaning the lenses. I was made to feel like a valued customer, at home even, and not as if I were an outsider passing through. A really awesome team!!

The staff here is excellent and the doctor was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This is a weird thing to type, but I actually enjoyed buying glasses here - typically been a LensCrafters guy and it's usually excruciating (and expensive as hell). Felt much better coming here and was able to walk out with 4 pairs of glasses for less than one set of frames and lenses from LC. First time with Warby Parker, but hopefully the glasses are good enough that it wont be the last time.

So... This place is unlike any other glasses’ store. The name itself (Warby Parker) is catchy and sounds good and their lines of glasses are even 100 times better. There are 4 things I always look for whenever I am attempting to rate a place or a store. The Customer Services, The Cleanliness, The Products or Services, and The Creativity. Those 4 aspects are primordial and I highly rate them in all those categories. The associates are super cool. They have bookshelves for kids and adults even though I am not if it is permitted to sit there and enjoy a good read! This place is magnificent and spectacular. See for yourself.
