Dr is a money grabber. If you don't get any of the extra tests that you pay for out of your own pocket, he just rushes through the exam. Like another review said just clicks buttons and asks "better or worse?" I couldn't afford the contact lens fit today so I skipped it. He told me he would cancel my current prescription so I couldn't buy them online. I will never be going back there.

I had a little mishap and scratched my eye, which turned red and was quite uncomfortable. I called the doctor’s office the day before the hurricane, and while there were no appointments available, the receptionist kindly offered to check if they could fit me in. After a brief hold, she was able to get me an appointment in just 30 minutes! I was so grateful for their quick response. The doctor provided excellent care and ensured my eye was okay, and I left with the right medicine. It was a wonderful experience with great customer service!

I have been a patient at this clinic for almost 10 years. I currently live on the opposite side of town and am always willing to make the drive just simply because of the quality care I receive at this clinic. The doctor is incredible, patient, kind and takes his time with each of his patients. The staff is so Sweet and always willing to help Accommodate your needs.

Friendly staff and busy location, which indicates good service/loyalty. The waiting period was over 30 minutes however and my total appointment was 1.5 hrs. The office has decent promotions and will match certain external pricing. The doctor is knowledgeable. The music in the waiting area is religious in nature.

I had an eye emergency and wanted to come to this place for the good reviews as well as it being close to home. When I called in to make an appointment, they informed me they don't take new patients. If you're not an existing customer, they will not help you. Just want other potential clientele to be aware of this when looking for a place to go.

Dr. Was extremely fast with eye exam. Better same worse. Better same worse. I asked if he could slow down and he told me that he had other customers. My glasses were expensive and blurry. I went back several times to a replace or a refund and they told me that the problem was me and not the glasses. I haven't been back since. Target eye center for the win. Target cares about the customer not just the money.

I have been a patient for several years and my daughters recently had their first eye exams here. Dr. Nair and his staff put my children at ease and are all very friendly! Prices for contact lenses are equal to online retailers.
