At first I really liked this place, however the more I went the more problems I had. The last straw came when my doctor changed my meds and told me to contact her if there is a problem. I had already been into the office 3 times in 3 months. I sent the doctor a detailed message through the patient portal and instead of hearing from the doctor, a “care team member” messaged me to make an appointment! Why would the doctor tell me to contact her when Watson clinic doesn’t allow you to actually communicate with the doctor? I’m having an issue now that needs to be addressed and can’t wait weeks to get in. I am going back to my doctor is Southwest Florida and just deal with the drive.

Will add a $10 charge to yearly physical, if the doctor puts ANYTHING in the notes. Actual scummy practices. For example, if the doctor looks at your nose & ears and says, “you’re a little congested”. Boom, $10.

Be up front about your scummy add-on charges so I can go into my physical and say, “Doctor, please don’t say a word to me unless I am actively dying. Sign off on my physical.”

Definitely one of the worst clinics I have been too. I have been having a few problems and they weren’t even going to run any tests on me and just send me away. My girlfriend told them to give me tests and they ended up doing some. I don’t have access to the MrChart thing and I have been calling for 2 days trying to get my results and no one will pickup my call or give me a call back when I leave a message.

Dr. Cunneen is absolutely wonderful with our little one. She is very knowledgeable and thorough when checking the baby. Her staff is also amazing her nurse Jeanette I can't say enough great things about her, and also Amanda she is great as well. You can just tell that they love what they do as well as love and care for the patients. If you ever interact with Dr. Cunneen, Jeanette or Amanda you will appreciate your health care workers.

I've tried several times today to make a new patient appointment. I call & it goes straight to hold, 3 minutes in, someone picks up to ask what I'm holding for (?) then places me back on hold. 7 minutes in, I'm done. HORRIBLE, I will look elsewhere. If they cannot manage incoming calls that's a big red flag.

I am sharing this review in hopes that the next patient that has foot trouble will be more outspoken with dr. Diperrieo and his lame attempt to diagnose my foot and ankle problems with home some stretches and medication without no x-rays and the fastest foot exam. The appt. Left me speechless and I left feeling that this was a waste of my money. I work hard for my money and thought I was going to get some much needed answers and help with a real diagnosis to help with my pain in my ankles and feet.
