I had a BIO-joint injection on my shoulder at Wave on Wave Health with Nicole. The process was very easy and Nicole explained the pre and post injection instructions so I could easily understand. For years prior to the injection I could not raise my arm to even get dishes out of my kitchen cabinets. My mobility and function was steadily decreasing as my shoulder became more and more painful with everyday movements. About 2 weeks after the injection I was able to reach into my cabinets without any pain. About 6 weeks post injection I am able to workout pain free which I have not been able to do for YEARS.
