Dr Rives and his entire staff including Cindy, Mariah, Keisha and Lanae are absolutely wonderful. Recently had to switch doctors for my dad and I’m so glad I did. Super friendly and helpful. I even stopped by without an appointment to discuss 2 health concerns and Lanae came out within 5 minutes right before closing and spoke to me. She made me feel so better. I would highly recommend this office 5+++++ Stars

Office staff is incredibly rude. My last visit there I requested that the office manager contact me, and was never contacted. I had a follow up appointment scheduled for June 15th, and when I called to see about re-scheduling, I was informed that my doctor had left the practice. They told me that letters were sent out to patients to notify them, but I never received one - most likely because they never updated my address when I provided it to them. Now their patient portal messaging system has sent me no less than 5 appointment reminders today about an appointment on June 15th that no longer exists because my doctor of 20 years is gone. You certainly had my e-mail to notify me my doctor was leaving. Why didn't you send notices by mail and e-mail as well?

Very nice staff. Wait time is way too long. I made an early appt. to avoid wait time and still didn't make a difference. This is my first time so I will give benefit of the doubt. I like that they do lab tests right in the office, so that saved me time from going to quest. 5 * for the great treatment by the stuff!

The entire staff was very friendly, thorough and helpful. Dr. Doshi was very thorough as well and spent time with answering all questions, concerns and explaining treatment plan. Wait time was minimal. Highly recommend.

They cancelled my appointment and did not even attempt to contact me and let me know, I found out the day of. When I called in all they said was “How were we supposed to call you if we don’t have your number?”. Not even sorry it happened. How do you not have someone’s number who called in to make the appointment? Then I was told they have no availability until December, a month later. Very bad experience.
