I am thankful for this wellness center. However I have read the older reviews and things have changed. The ladies locker room really needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Those mats should be taken up and the floor cleaned. There is a stale musty smell. The area around the pool needs cleaning. It has brown areas that are a little slippery, I dare not think more about that. There is a layer of dust on the vents that should be cleaned out. With COVID still being an eminent part of our daily living this pool area is not acceptable. The staff are very kind but that has nothing to do with the sanitation of the pool area. Maybe because we are elderly because I have yet to see anyone younger in the pool. Please please clean the locker room floor and pool area. The water is ALWAYS hazy.

I use the Wellness Center multiple times each week. The check-in staff is caring and efficient. Towels are offered to everyone. The Center is kept amazingly clean. I especially applaud the excellent water aerobic instructors and appreciate the addition of qi gong and meditation classes.

Love the background tunes from the 1970s and 1980s, as well as the lack of lines to use any equipment! Also, though I am inconsistent with attending any classes, when I do manage to attend the instructors are knowledgeable and offer options to those who need to make adjustments to any routines. In sum, this gym offers a low-key, casual, non-competitive and uncrowded work out environment!

This gem is clean, not crowded and staff very friendly. Everyone is covid immunized. It is "non threatening" to older folks who are not jocks. My only negative comment is that the new resistance weight equipment is more difficult to use than the "old" .

love the classes, instructors, and the staff, however this morning my husband was humiliated by an older white man in front of everyone in the gym by being yelled at and called an idiot, because he was walking in the opposite direction on the track, instead of him confronting this person (whom I perceived to be a hostile, lonely, racist, or suffers from turrets) a manager was contacted by one of the other patrons, instead of getting to the root of the problem he felt further insulted by being questioned about his membership,and being asked, (after the older gentleman lied and said he didn't say it,) what do you want me to do....
Well are there any policies for rude and obnoxious behavior that affects people who attend this place, he was asked was he new So if you are new he rule is that you can be insulted by an older member, or someone who has attended longer than you have? So i would like to know WHAT DO YOU DO, IF IT WERE YOU. He also asked for a contact number for corporate and was given an email address...
We are in the height of racial tension, this is not 1918 but 2018

This is a wonderful facility and very helpful staff; the equipment is great, there are a great variety of classes offered; indoor pool, message therapist are fantastic as well - great place to go!

I would post the directories near the front entrance lobby's. Other than that my mom absolutely loves this place.

Gym is wonderful and so are staff but wait on phone was 16 minutes and phone was never answered this occurrence was in the evening. Unreasonable wait time on phone!
