Wellstar ENT Dr. Kansal is always very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She has an ease about her that when she enters the room, one just knows no matter the issue, things will be alright! STAY AWAY FROM WELLSTAR!! I was referred to this ENT from Wellstar’s ER due to an ear infection that was improperly treated by Wellstar’s Urgent Care. I was told by the ER I needed to get a follow up with this ENT within the week due to the severity of my infection caused by Wellstar’s negligence. When scheduling my appointment, I was told I couldn’t be seen for weeks. Wellstar has prescribed me the wrong medicine causing me to have a more severe infection, then they called in the wrong pain medication leaving me in excruciating pain, and the doctor I need to see can’t even get me scheduled in a timely manner. I was at risk for a mass infection and permanent hearing loss due to the negligence of Wellstar. If you need an ENT, go somewhere else where they actually care about you and can give you quality care.

I made an appointment on September 9 at 930. they told me my appointment will be on October 9th at 10:15 . so I show up for my appointment on October 9th at 10:00am . I walk in and the front desk lady told me oh you appointment cancelled. I say I didn't know that and what happened because nobody called or text messages for cancellations my appointment. the front desk lady was very rude and disrespectful with me for no reason even she didn't give me the right answer about my cancel appointment. I won't appreciate their service and I don't want to be treat like that.
I won't recommend this place anymore because the people at front desk are very rude and disrespectful.
