They never answer the phone. They are vague about when they will get medications in house. I usually never post reviews, but somehow this is the one part of the hospital system that doesn’t give you a survey. I’ve been trying to call all week (this has happened multiple weeks), and at one point they actually connected me with another customer who started asking about her meds! Another time I actually had to call the main hospital directory to try and get someone to answer the phone. Another time I got so frustrated with calling that I just went there in person to see if I could talk to them and when I got there I told them that no one was answering the phone and she laughed and said oops it’s turned off. I’m livid this place is horrible.

Even though we have to drive 45 minutes to get here, I'm thankful for these amazing people. This is literally the only pharmacy that has my son's medication. Parking stinks here, but thankful indeed!

Been using them for 2 years and they guy running the show is an a$$. He won't ever let you get a full prescription and makes up reasons. I'd go somewhere else if possible. Seriously.

Just the worse service ever. I have to get certain meds from here cause my regular pharmacy doesn't carry these meds. I have nothing but problems every time I deal with Kennestone's pharmacy. First they denied one medication but approved the other. Kept saying that I wasnt covered under the insurance company. I stood there looking at the girl working like, "Seriously? They approved this one so that should tell you that I do have this insurance. Let's think about this, okay?" The girl just looked at me stupidly and then walked away to speak to the pharmacist. He came over and I explained it again. He then told me that its was after hours so I'd gave to wait till tomorrow for them to find out why they're actually denying it then. Next day they called me and told me insurance company just do want cover this medication specifically. I ended up paying out of pocket for it instead. Then the following month cane around and I had to get the mends filled again. Go figure though, the insurance company covered both medications and I didn't have pay out of pocket for anything. I asked them and they said they would look into it and left me know. I've still yet to receive a callback from them or a refund for it. Today I called to find out how much longer it would be for my meds to be filled since its had been 2 days and no notifications from them that they were ready. They tried to pull the whole, "you don't have insurance with them" stuff again, but this time on both of my medications. I asked them why does this keep happening with them. That my insurance never changes but for some reason they keep getting denials. The girl put me on hold abd came back and told me that my meds would be ready in an hour. "Okay so they are covered now?" I asked. She said yes and that she would see me in an hour. Does this pharmacy not double check their denials? You get a refusal that says "not covered," you should try to input it again and see if it denies again. Something may have been put in wrong before Now after driving 30 miles, almost a 45 minute drive, and after receiving the "Your medication is ready" automatic phone call from them, my meds aren't ready. They don't have any of ones if medications and it will be 2 days before they have it. None to even hold me over. Hate this place!!!! Wish my local pharmacy or local hospital's pharmacy held these meds cause I sure as heck would never return to Kennestone's ever again. Ridiculous!!!!!

From my experience, fast friendly and efficient. The consideration that needs to take place is the fact that this is a hospital pharmacy. They are getting hit in may different directions both internally and externally. To keep it all together amidst that is impressive.
