Dr Shah and his team are an excellent choice when selecting a doctor in the new Tampa/Wesley Chapel area. Me family and I have been his patients for over 10 years now. First of all Dr Shah is very professional, caring, and thoughtful. His internal medicine speciality has been exceptional over the years with catching several symptoms that are now fully manageable!!!!! His office team members are all excellent and very responsive from the front desk to the scribs.
Never a problems with emergencies to get to the office always able to fit us in quickly.

Would highly recommend for his expertise and work ethic !!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this pediatric office. As first-time visitors, we expected a warm and welcoming atmosphere, but instead, we were met with rudeness and unprofessionalism from the front desk staff. The front desk person treated us horribly, speaking to us in a rude and condescending manner, which left us feeling very unwelcome and upset.

Furthermore, we were never verbally informed about the $35 charge for canceling an appointment within 24 hours. As first-time customers, we were not aware of this policy. Most doctor’s offices provide at least a 15-minute grace period before canceling an appointment, but this office canceled our appointment after we were only 12 minutes late, without our permission. We had driven 30 minutes for this appointment, making it a complete waste of time and effort, especially given the impolite behavior of the front desk staff.

I would never recommend this office due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the front desk person and the poor handling of appointment cancellations.

Dr Manish Shah is very knowledgeable and professional, He always gives good amount of time to patients and very caring. He listens all questions calmly and responds meaningfully. His advice and treatment is superb and also he always helps with early appointments if any specialist requires for further treatment. Despite he is very busy with his patients and appts but still if you want any urgent consultation with Dr Shah, he will try to manage or kill his personal time and give time to his patients. Dr Shah is our family doctor(pedia and PC) and we are really very happy under his supervision and care.
