Horrible Customer service. I received a call 2 days ago about coming in today to blood work. Voicemail said come in anytime before 11:30am. I arrive at 10:14am and check-in .. guy behind the desk in the phone and doesn't even acknowledge my presence. 10 min later after sitting there a woman asks for my name. At this point I am the only one there. Minutes later 5 other people show up and 3 are called ahead of me. After sitting there for 40 minutes I asked the woman behind the desk why it was taken so long. She said that no one had entered my paperwork for blood work and that when someone was finished with lunch that they would get that put together. Not once was I told this and I could have rescheduled or done something else and returned. I left and won't be returning. I will not give business to a clinic who doesn't value their patients time.

I should have read the reviews before dealing with this cruel practice. Even with Insurance, they made me pay $168 + $14 for my husbands and myself, the first visit. front desk said it was because (THE PROVIDER) had to call in my medication to the pharmacy ,that I've taking for years already. I have been treated so bad with this practice, that when I decided, I'm done!! I couldn't take it anymore ,them not taking care of my needs properly. When you need your inhaler , and they ignore you within a week's time, of not calling in your prescription ,it's time to go. they are a bunch of knuckleheads in that office, and I don't want nothing to do with these people anymore. If you want to be on an assembly line ,with uncaring attitudes ? then that office is for you! I actually feel happy and relieved I'm not going there anymore. and I've worked in healthcare all my life. imagine that one.

I just want to say that PA Massiel Dos Santos has been great, the best PA by far, the best I’ve come across and hard to match. It’s sad to hear that she is leaving this location to pursue a new chapter in her life, wish her the best. Kudos to the staff that’s hopefully is staying behind, (Vivian). Hopefully the director of this place gets it and hopefully will start taking care of this staff instead of losing them. The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because PA Massiel Dos Santos and MA Vivian, They knew how to take care of patients. Let’s see what happens next!!!!

The reason I didn't give this facility 1 star is because I loved Dr. Pagan when he was there for a very short time. I also love the nurse practitioner. That being said, here is the reason for my low rating:
I was scheduled for blood work today and was told to be there at 8:15. I arrived at 8:10. From 8:10 until I was finally called back at 8:50, only 2 people had been in before me to get their blood drawn. That averages 20 minutes per patient just to have blood drawn. When I finally went back, the nurse asked which arm was better. I said either one because at 48 years of age, I've never had a single issue with anyone taking my blood. As she was preparing, she finally decided to put gloves on immediately before sticking the needle in my arm. Red flag. I was just getting ready to ask her if she was going to put gloves on. She inserted the needle and got one vial but I noticed she wasn't supporting the needle at all. As soon as she put the 2nd vial on the needle moved and my vein popped. All she said was "wow.. You're going to have a really big bruise now". She started looking at my other arm, and I said "Nope. I'm done". Walked out and will never step foot in that place again. Also, the front desk people were always great but in the past year the girls who work there have the personality of a snail. I'll be looking elsewhere for a PCP.

Viviana was very helpful in helping my mom text pictures to the office of her swollen glands so that Massiel Dos Santos can immediately see the situation and determine what she should do. She then scheduled a same-day appointment so that they can discuss the swelling and determine a solution before it gets worse. Viviana asked good questions to quickly assess the situation. Excellent experience.

Went in for annual wellness visit as my first time being there. They said they had to first charge me upfront for a physical before the annual visit. Never before has this happened to me and the insurance agreed that this is not supposed to happen. Waste of a morning.

I’m walking through an issue with a friend and dealing with these people is the worst thing I have experienced. I feel that my friend’s health is at risk.
