Great thrift store with a focus on housewares, furniture, and usable hardware, but they also have small sections for music CDs, books, crafts, and toys. Varied selection, and a good turnover rate ensure that there's something new each time I visit. Friendly staff. Prices are regularly very good, as they aim to get stock out. The only site downside is that the parking is cramped, with only one way in and out, so be sure to take care. Located right next to another thrift store, and not far from a couple of others on the same stretch, so stopping here is a must on any bargain-hunting run through the Deland and Orange City area.

This has been our "go to" place for many years. The prices are more than reasonable, and negotiable on most things. The selections of items to choose from are great. The donations brought to this Habitat for Humanity are very nice and of great quality. I personally have never had an issue with any of the staff members and have always been treated well by everyone I have ever interacted with.

Lots of home improvement supplies, but also have the usual thrift store finds like electronics, media, housewares and other knickknacks. Prices are fair and staff is kind.

I always go to this store because of how friendly the entire staff are. Even though I sometimes just go in to browse and not buy anything, they welcome you and do a great job with helping their customers. The prices are so reasonable and if an item does not have a price, they always give you a price that is incredibly cheap and I end up buying something regardless. Never had a bad experience here. Very welcoming and good experience due to the staff. They need to be recognized as an outstanding, friendly and welcoming team. You guys are amazing people.

Called the West Volusia office to donate a recliner/loveseat. Both were in very good condition. They were bought new in 2018. I was asked to send pictures. Absolutely, and sent the pictures. Waited two days and called the office. I was told one of the couches looked like someone had sat on it. WHAT? I am assuming they are high class and will only take new furniture donations? I ended up posting it on a neighborhood group. The woman and her daughter were so happy! They couldn’t believe I was giving them away. I feel bad for the needy family that so desperately needed furniture. I’m almost positive they would not have cared if someone had sat on the couch.

They don’t even deserve a star. It’s a shame how expensive everything is. For people to have donated those items to that store and for them to jack those prices that high is ridiculous. They should have been shut down long time ago. I would recommend not donating to this place because they are crooks plain and simple. Wolfs In sheep clothing all day.

Skip this place! I have driven by for several years while traveling through this area, so I finally decided to stop in. I had envisioned a more than pleasant time (Please see the review of another RESTORE that makes this place look like a dump!) considering there are several others I've visited and had wonderful experiences. First and foremost: There are items that have been sitting almost a year without any price reduction (I know how to read the date codes from visiting other RESTORE locations). When I entered, no one greeted or even acknowledged I was in the store. After they saw the camera come out, I started getting the nasty looks, which I could care less about. I was here to find a good deal , if there was one to be found. Unfortunately there are not ANY good deals (Unless your local! There were some locals talking to the lady that was working about discounting items and the worker darn sure discounted them!). I noticed items with outrageous prices. Some items were new but priced just a few bucks below retail value that also had dust as if the items were sitting for long periods of time.
*PAINTERS BEWARE!!!* Every paint bucket that I saw had rust on the rim , so as soon as the lid is popped, you will have a bunch of rust in your paint can (Best of luck with that one!).
I did ask the lady working at the counter if there was a discount on an item that was marked extremely high and had been there for almost 8 months. She said there were no discounts. I kindly walked out of the store without purchasing a single item. NEVER AGAIN! Now I know why I never stopped at this dump of a location. Unless you have an endless pocket / pocket book / purse, I would highly recommend skipping this place (Or if you have someone that lives locally in the area, you might be able to get a good deal)
