Went in at 7:05 am for blood labs. At 8:20 was informed my insurance wouldn’t cover it even though I’ve met my deductible for the year. While I appreciate that info before the lab was actually done, the receptionist and staff was very rude, and unorganized not just to me but to everyone coming and going. It wasn’t a friendly accommodating atmosphere. I won’t be going back.

If I had the option to leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. I hate this place. Always know better than to go here but my son’s pediatrician always recommends it and I go. NEVER AGAIN AFTER THIS TIME. Idk what doctor we saw, Chan or something, but he told me my TWO YEAR OLD had allergies “to give him Benadryl at night for his cough” and my son had PNUEMONIA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only do you wait an hour or longer after your appointment time to even be seen, but every time I’ve gone it’s been some of the worst medical advice and care I have seen. Please don’t go here. I never will again.

I’d give a negative five star rating if I could for all of white Wilson locations. The staff at the Crestview immediate care is a complete joke. My son was nothing more than a lab rat to them. Thankfully we found a new pediatrician somewhere that has nothing to do with white Wilson and life and health has been PHENOMENAL!

the older receptionist there is very rude. i walked in to pay my fee & be seen, (i’ve missed ONE appointment so it’s a 25 dollar fee) she told me that not only did i miss one but i’ve missed multiple? which i know i haven’t because i never made any appointments after i missed the one that i had missed. then told me i couldn’t be seen & that i need to go to the urgent care down the way, in a VERY rude manor. i will NEVER recommend or visit this urgent care again. if i could rate it a zero, i would.

An encore experience. Arrived on-time for a labs appointment this morning. Check in was smooth and cordial. Sat and waited 45 minutes without a word from the receptionist. When reminded about the 45 mins. wait, she in turn went to the back office to inquire. Upon returning to her station after a short while later she did not offer an explanation. When asked "why the long wait" for a simple labs the response came with an attitude - stating she "did not know what was going on back there..." and the tech (assuming the person who will conduct the labs) was "babysitting"? and "would come to get me soon!" I told her not to bother and turned to exit. My parting statement was the "service was unorganized and incompetent". Her snide response was "Oh OK!" An encore, a second unexplained and usually long wait without plausible reason at this location. Truly a reflection of poor management and disorganization.

Update: Don’t trust a so called doctor wearing a mask! Copy past this link! Science himself tells the truth!

This, clinic is still pushing the lies of the COVID-19 narrative! They, still request mask to be worn, it has been proven with several studies, mask do not protect either direction against airborne viruses/bacterium. A paper mask has weave openings of 80 microns and doesn’t seal the the face, a virus/bacterium at most 3 microns. The PCR test doesn’t detect viruses, unless cycled 20-40 cycles, then it detects old dead RNA, from years still in your body. Dr. Malone, the creator of this PCR test, said it was based on the common cold and it was created before COVID-19 was on the radar. How can a test detect something that didn’t exist when it was created?

When, A person that is supposed to be a medical professional is wearing a mask or ask you to wear one, it is a red flag. They, either know this information and chose to ignore it to continue to push the fake narrative, they are truly not educated. Either one, is bad!

When, the doctor entered the room, I said “You are wearing a mask too!”, she then handed me a mask and said to me “And so are you”. I reacted “Hell no, I am not!” And tossed it on the floor! Then, I said “You may not deny me medical attention based on a mask, I will sue you to the ground!”. She changed her tune and became really nice to me.

If, you have to go here, because we are not doctors and we need to go to them for something’s. Don’t let them make you put on a mask!

To be honest, I am going to another doctor for another opinion, I don’t trust these hacks!

Do not recommend Dr. Chinh Vien Van at this clinic. He tried to prescribe me a medication I am allergic too twice and argued with me that no medication is ever breastfeeding safe. When I called to ask for a different medication not related to what I am allergic too, I was told it's only a small chance I would have a reaction and if I didn't like that answer I could go get a second opinion. Otherwise the nurses and staff have given me a pretty good experience. I'm well aware of my body and my experiences with medications as I am a medical oddity. His attitude was more of I'm the doctor I know better than you.
