We were so glad to find a place Windsor Eye Care. Jules is terrific and knows her stuff when coming to picking out frames and adjusting. Some people work FOR a business but Jules works IN the business and you can tell, taking time with customers answering questions to be sure you get what you need and pay for….So professional and polite. They have a lot of good quality frames and options. They keep up with the times, having a variety of frames, which sets them apart. Plus we like to shop local. So glad my wife and I found this place! Great people, products & service! What else can you ask for!

I drove from Cheyenne to the clinic and was not disappointed! The front staff were super helpful and the tech (Ashley) was very informative and pleasant to speak with while running pre exam things. Dr. Smith was awesome and I rather enjoyed her! She was very prompt, informative and just all around a down to earth person and not one of those doctors who make you feel inferior just because a title! They had all my info ready for Jules who was amazing about giving me all the info and tools needed to get me my perfect glasses! I will be recommending EVERYONE to Dr. Smith!

First time visit today and really had a great experience. From check in to check up- super great staff and Dr! It’s really important to me to be seen at a reasonable time and I was thoroughly surprised at how well everything was timed. I also didn’t feel rushed- Dr. Phinney was great and made sure to go over everything and asked if I had any questions. Definitely would recommend!

Windsor Eye Care and Vision Center is outstanding. I had issues with my original frames and worked with Juel (I may have her name spelled wrong) to get replacement frames (she was not the one who provided my original frames). She was very easy to work with and fitted me with the correct frames. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the service she provided. I have been wearing glasses for over 65 years....Juel is one of the best of the many opticians I've worked with.

Mine and my daughter's exams were great. When it came to picking frames, my daughter found a pair quickly and I tried on quite a few. The pair I liked the most happened to be Gucci. They were marked at $189. I confirmed with the sales associate, who thought it was low but rang us up after looking into it. We left, but a week later I got a call asking for more money because they were marked incorrectly. I explained that the sale had been finalized and no business had ever called asking for more money after a sale. They said they would not complete the order without further payment. I talked to the owner, I believe, who offered a 20% discount. I only took it because I needed glasses and this already delayed the process. After the pair came, I had to get them adjusted 3 times, still with extreme pain on my right ear. This office has very inconvenient hours and it was hard for me to keep coming in. On the fourth visit, I explained my frustration and asked about a return policy or exchange. Most eye places have 30- 90 day policies. The rudest woman I have ever encountered explained that because of the "discount" I was given and that they were "custom", I could not return them. Every lens is custom, and the "discount" was given as a result of their error. I don't understand that justification. They offered an exchange but since I would still have to wait longer and get them adjusted by the same people, I chose to have them try to adjust it 1 more time and never come back again. We went back and forth for 45 minutes. I kept asking for them to be shaped like a cheap pair of sunglasses I brought in. The man kept making other adjustments, refusing to listen to my concerns. After asking 3 times for them to be shaped like the sunglasses, He did it and they were fine. He acted like he knew better than me, even though it is my face. I left in tears and have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. I feel like this entire transaction had to have violated business practices.

Update- We had the same fit problems with my 9 year old. After multiple attempts with this clinic, we sprung for another pair at a different place. They said her frames were too large and they should have never recommended them for her. She loves her new pair that fits her face and head much better. Again, beware of this place!!

I made my first appointment based off of reviews I read and I’m glad I did. The office is east to get to and I was really happy with the eye care team. My first visit was a simple exam and Dr. Smith gave genuine care to my eye condition and needs. She referred me to an eye surgeon for cataracts and several months later when I returned for my post op visit, she remembered me and my situation as if it was yesterday. Her personality and knowledge would make me recommend her to anyone!
