The best service I’ve ever received from a Pharmacy, they deliver, work hard to get meds to you when you need them, even deal with all the insurance authorizations and doctors so I never have to! The hours aren’t the most convenient for my schedule personally, but I make it work because they work hard for their customers and deserve more than just 5 stars! I would definitely recommend Winn Way to anyone who is in need of a good Pharmacy. I love the caring personal service at Winn Way. I've never had such a good experience at a big chain pharmacy. The pharmacist Tina Tailor and staff is very attentive and friendly! Keep up the great work!

I am so grateful to Winn Way Pharmacy! What a different experience from the large retail chains — I was beginning to think it was the norm to endure long lines, unanswered phone calls, and constantly changing pharmacists who didn’t know me or my medical history. But it isn’t normal, and it shouldn’t be! Tina and her staff at Winn Way are outstanding. The longest line I’ve experienced is one person ahead of me, and Tina has helped to coordinate and expedite prior authorizations and informed me of discounts on my meds I would not have known about otherwise. It feels like a small town pharmacy because Tina and her staff know me well, and I trust them to take care of my Rx needs and to ensure I’m getting the best care and professional and courteous service. Winn Way is a model of how a pharmacy should be run.

I called to ask the status of my prescription and was told it would be ready for pickup in 45 minutes. I spent 35$ on an Uber to take me. Upon arrival I was told they made a mistake and it would not be ready until the following week. I asked how they could reimburse me for the trip as the fault lies with them in this case and all I got was an I’m sorry. Thank you for the apology but that does nothing to reimburse my time and effort for your failure to meet the basic standards of your job. To me, 35$ is not an inconsequential sum of money. Why not take responsibility and make a good hearted attempt to balance the scales in some way? I find it’s moments like these that tell you all you need to know about the integrity of who you deal with.

I received an automated phone call today and simultaneous text message at 12:53pm instructing me to come pick up my prescription. I arrived around 1:15pm only to discover the office is closed on Fridays at 1PM. This is my first time using this pharmacy and I’m not impressed given the miscommunication described above and subsequent inconvenience that resulted thereafter. Perhaps instances like this could be avoid by including the office hours in the text message reminder and/or not calling customers immediately before closing.
