Very friendly people here. Never had a problem with prescription being incorrect. Prescriptions really need to be called in which is sometimes a pain but the online renewal doesn’t work well. Delivery is usually reliable but every now and then I have to make a follow up call. Overall, the friendly, helpful, and accurate service keeps me a loyal customer!

Why in the world have I been dealing with a chain pharmacy? Never again. I have struggled all week just trying to get one prescription and today I decided to call Winslette. A PERSON answered the phone! What a delightful surprise! They had the medication in stock that the chain pharmacy kept promising to order, and they received the prescription and had it filled and ready for pick up in less than 30 min. What?! Wow... just wow. In a world where customer services seems to be a thing of the past, Winslette you are amazing!

Winslette isn't just a pharmacy, it's a "neighborhood family"
They do inhouse compounding medication. Great location in West Rome.
They offer delivery, in store walk in and drive through.
Knowing you by name is always a plus.

One of my favorite things about them is when my children were small and medications were limited... I could always depend on going to Winslette Pharmacy and describing my child's symptoms and they could recommend what OTC medication to give or they could mix it up for me.

I wouldn't change pharmacy's ever. They are absolutely top notch.

Me and my wife just had all of our medications switched from Walgreens to Winslette Pharmacy. We were tired of Walgreens not having our medicine's in stock, and saying they have no idea as to when they'll have it again. The staff at Walgreens {Not all of them} were so rude and disrespectful. Winslette Pharmacy is well known and respected, and they are polite and caring to their customers. I only regret that we didn't switch long ago.

First time customers. Took my husband's script there. They didn't take his insurance,, but still got it filled and paid cash price.. He just came out of his 4th procedure from huge kidney stones and needed his antibiotics quickly. They filled it within 15 minutes we were really impressed with the staff and how compassionate they were. Would highly recommend this pharmacy. Used Kroger for years and they have gotten to where you were waiting for hours to get your medication. And forget about calling. For the most part they take forever to answer their phone. Great staff BUT they need more help.
