I've never been so happy to reach out to a new, unheard of company and put my faith in the service they provide. Honestly, if I never have to speak to Spectrum again ... it made my day to call and cancel. The service from Wire 3 has been excellent. We had a small glitch when we first got it, and we were one of the first in our neighborhood when it was turned on. They worked with us to determine the problem (I needed to upgrade my mesh equipment) and since then there have been no problems at all. Speed is excellent and reliable. It is a fair price. You should give them a try.

Have had Wire3 for almost 3 months. Only issue was caused by a 3rd party. They actually prorated our bill a decent amount. The communication throughout the outage was AMAZING! Customer Service, support and the actual service is by far AWESOME! Definitely better than my previous...

I've been mostly very happy with my service, Any time I be had a problem Renee and Savannah have been very helpful in responding and helping with it.. It's very nice to have pleasant, friendly representative to assist you!! Very important to me they have best customer service around.. Signed up as soon as I knew we were finally getting Fiber Internet Service in the area. Wire3 is so much faster, cheaper, and more reliable than Spectrum. Wire3 stayed online even during the hurricane while many of my neighbors lost Spectrum for over a week. Currently convincing my neighbors to switch as well.

We live in a high-rise condo and have had Wire 3 since March. We noticed that there was some lagging with the Internet so we asked for a serviceman to come to move the router closer to our working area. The serviceman, Marshall Brooks, came and moved the router, cleaned up after, tested the unit for speed, and gave us some good suggestions how to maximize our internet speed on all our devices. Marshall was helpful and very professional.

Wire 3 continues to provide great internet service. We lost service on a Sunday afternoon, and place a call to Wire 3. The service technician checked the companies system, and noticed a problem in my service line. He placed a work order ticket in the system, and scheduled a technician to come and inspect my internet service. The technician call me and notified me of his arrival time. The technician was on time, and proceeded to check the internet lines. He found that there was a bad switch in the out side box. He replaced the switch and the internet connection was restored. Thanks you Wire3 for your response and great service by all.
