If someone calls your business by mistake, YOU don't have to be rude. You can say "wrong number" and that's all. If that's an indication of how you guys do business I'm glad I was made aware. I didn't appreciate being told not to call " random number"

Older gentlemen was extremely rude and very disrespectful. I would advise to get someone else to answer the phone. I really hope he's not the owner as this is a disgrace. Shame on you Wiregrass Optical. By far the worst.
