When I tell you Dr. Wright got my eyes right!! I previously went to another eye place in jacksonville, and my eyes never seemed to be right with glasses. I always felt as if I needed another Doctor to do my eye exam. Well I took a chance on Dr Wright because she had good reviews. I went for myself and I must say I AM VERY WELL PLEASED !!! She DID HER THANG WITH MY EYES!!!

The last eye place had my eyes all crossed up!! I have found my eye Dr. !!!! If you need a good eye doctor who knows what she is doing, Dr. Wright is great !!! Staff are very friendly as well!!

Dr.Wright is Wonderful! Great experience as a first timer. No wait when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Wright were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Wright really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and her demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend Dr.Wright!

I can't wait to have my new eyeglasses!

Closed to patients today. Measured and fitted for glasses weeks ago. Still waiting for the glasses, and the promised call to schedule dilation. Disappointed

I had an appt with Dr Wright and her crew about 3 weeks ago. The pre exam was good then my appt with Dr Wright herself was wonderful. Then it was time for John the “optician”. He proceeded to show me all of the selections in frames and there were plenty to choose from. Then once we sat down at his area I noticed his finger nails were not clean and his hands were shaking. This was who I was suppose to depend on to mark my bifocals properly so they worked right. I called in and spoke to Dr Wright and told her my concerns and that I didn’t want to work with him when the glasses arrived. She eventually told me on the phone that she would have someone else there to take care of me. I arrived at my appt time and was told John was the only one there to fit them. I didn’t get the courtesy of a phone call so I could reschedule. I guess rallying around an employee instead of taking care of the patient is more important. I took the glasses and left and I’ll go pay a professional with clean hands that don’t shake to do what they should have taken care of. This is just my experience. I should have taken the offered proscription and gone someplace else for the glasses.

Small, locally owned friendly office. Dr. Wright is warm, personable and professional. She was our family optometrist for 12 years. This year our insurance didn't cover her care, but we hope to return soon. Dr. Wright is excellent with children and helped us when our little daughter had a scratched cornea.

I drove 32 mins to pick up my glasses they called and told me was ready. Just to get there and say they can not give me my glasses because dr wright wasn’t in. That was a slap in my face and gas wasted! Normally I’d have a good visit but front desk was not empathetic at all! I’m very big on cx service and it wasn’t any!
