York's make it so easy to get my disabled sons diabetic,and other important medicines, on time,and accurately, it's SUCH A DIFFERENCE than the monthly ,struggle it was with Walgreens who could not get it right for anything. York's has always been our go to for prompt refills, or if we have any questions or problems. We especially love the location, and if we ever need it,delivery is evena. Option. In addition they carry a variety of items,like Corn Huskers hand lotion,that It's hard to find anywhere else. And they have a great selection of Burts Bees products,and greeting cards as well. You can't go wrong with York's friendly staff,and convenience in the Richland Mo.tri- county area.

Customer here for years and left. One person was mean and rude way too many times. As far as your response, I have already called and spoken with you about it. This is just the promise I am keeping to advocate for myself.

I love this little hometown pharmacy!! The staff are amazing!! Dillon and Kyle are the kindest, most helpful pharmacist I've EVER had!! They took wonderful, personal care of my mom, even calling to check on her, and when she died, I moved my business to them. I will never use another pharmacy. The ladies in the front are so sweet and kind! I definitely found my forever pharmacy!! Thank you all for taking the very best care of your customers.

The only reason I’m giving a 2 is because one lady in there was amazing. The other two front workers were absolutely rude and I will not ever recommend them. I only used them because I had to. I’d rather deal with Walmart.

I did speak with the owner who is as well kind.
The issue with the pharmacy is the front workers. As stated above. Subpar is better than walking out in tears from an interaction with the two front workers. No one should be made to feel belittled. Sidebars regarding the customer in front of other customers is unacceptable. The mannerism did Change from Genevieve when Kyle the owner walked up. So, as someone who analyzes behavior daily, I would like to point out the importance of being self aware of your own behavior and actions. To conclude this review follow up, ethical behavior is to be aware of different cultures and values. Those who work with people should be able to hold themselves to standards that keep the values and culture consideration at the front of the service being rendered.

After years of "big chain" pharmacy's I was so happy when my Dr. suggested using York! What a difference! The staff are always friendly and helpful! I can say that the service has always been impeccable! Thank you all!

I've never had any kind of issues with the staff. Very kind and polite. Kyle gave me my 1st covid shot, and we discussed this deeply. He made me feel relaxed with no worries.. my medications are prepackaged for me, and I thank Dylan for doing an amazing job.
