Charged 500 for glasses WITH INSURANCE. Wanted over 1000 for just a second pair. 1500 for two pair is totally ridiculous. So I get just the one pair. Went in today to pick up and when I put them on. Not one change on how I could see. It was like ZERO prescription in the lenses. My sight didn't change even a little. I asked for a refund and they said that was not an option but I could see the doctor some time next week. Took a month since I first called to make an appointment and now I have to start all over. If they could not get them right the first time why would I want them to examine me again. It is not like they were close and maybe just a fine tuning, THEY WERE SO BAD I THOUGHT IT WAS A JOKE AND MAYBE I HAD THE WRONG GLASSES. So now I have to call my insurance company and request the give me my money back. I shouldn't have to do that, but they acted like oh well. I would NOT recommend this place. Not very friendly and absolutely not into customer service.

TO YOUR RESPONSE. no thank you. I HAVE WORN GLASSES FOR 30 YEARS AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE WAS INCORRECT. IF YOU COULD BE SO FAR OFF ON MY FIRST EXAM WHY WOULD I WANT YOU TO DO ANOTHER ONE. I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. FACT

My family and I have been going to Your Eyes Image for years and it has been ok, but my last few visits I have been very dissatisfied with the front office employees, the doctors have been good. And yesterday was pretty much it. I called in advance because my puppy had chewed my arms on my glasses and I needed a new pair, they said, “ no appointment was needed”, we even talked about me wanting the same frame and what colors were available. So it was going to be pretty fast walk in and out. They would be able to use my prescription they have on file. I drove an hour to get there and they turn me away because they were understaffed and had no one to monitor me while I looked at the frames. I’m still in shock that it happened, was able to make an appointment with an actual office and feel confident that my family of four will be a valued customer there.

I've gone here twice for eye exams and contacts and have been very pleased. The optometrist I saw was good about explaining everything and answering questions. In fact, after I left my last visit, I was having some trouble with a new brand of contacts. I called the office and he got on the phone right away to help me out.
