We traveled from Michigan back to Your Eyes to get a pair of glasses fixed. Not only did they perform free maintenance, but gave us a complimentary part that could no longer be purchased from the manufacturer. They even remembered my partner's name, after 8 years.

Your Eyes of Bristol is a gem for this town. I just picked up my new glasses and of course they’re perfect! Each time I go there the service is wonderful. Can’t say enough good things about Your Eyes of Bristol. And yes… I’m telling Avery one in the area to stop in.

An awesome place to go for your eye and contact exam! I don't know the name of the doctor or gentleman in the front, since it was my first time there, but they are so friendly, attentive and genuinely care about helping you pick out the perfect pair of glasses! I have very bad eye sight, and my script, once in a frame, always makes me look like I'm wearing magnified glasses. Most other places just have me pick something out and place the order. This gentleman explained that certain frames would make my eyes look not so big (since I'm really self conscious about it) and again helped me pick out the perfect pair! Other places never cared to take the time to do that with me, and I really felt like he cared about me and what made me comfortable. I've been wearing glasses since I was two years old, I'm 28 now. I've been to my share of eye doctors and I will never go to another place besides "Your eyes" again! I'll be scheduling my eight year old daughters first eye exam there as well 🙂 Thank you so much guys!

My frame has begun to slide off every time I lean forward or nod (it was bought elsewhere). I stopped by to see if it can be fixed and I was treated as a VIP customer. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of an employee. He has not only bent the frame, but was very attentive to details. He re-adjusted it 4 times until it starts to fit me perfectly.
Lastly, he didn’t take any money for his labor!

Awesome service! Donat went above and beyond to have my lenses replaced when they lost a battle with my tile floor. Thank you Donat and Craig for great service. I've purchased 3 pair of prescription glasses here over the years and have never been disappointed!

The worst experience. Paid over 400 for a pair of glasses that clearly were big. Needed progressive. Went to Walmart and paid only 147. Fit perfectly, can see perfectly and yes they are progressive. Rude if on husky plan.

I broke my glasses while playing with my grandchildren and dreaded going back to where I had my last exam and frames. My son said I had to go to Your Eyes in Bristol. I'm glad I did. The exam was thorough, and I received help choosing the right frames for my face and for my prescription. I picked them up today, and they are perfect in every way - no adjustment period needed! I used to take my old glasses off every time I was going up and down stairs - not with these. I highly recommend Your Eyes.

I have been going to Your Eyes since I started wearing glasses in the 4th grade. The staff greet me by first name and I have always received courteous service. Craig has helped me with contact prescriptions to find the product that works best for me. Donat carries a nice selection of frames, too. You may not "get it in an hour" like that "other" eye store, but you will get consistently great service from the same people, time and time again. Your Eyes is a great local business and I highly recommend it.
