I visited to get my blood type and personalized diet summary, and my experience was excellent! The process was quick, organized, and efficient, with no long wait times. The owner was very pleasant and her group session was informative.

I left feeling empowered and relieved to finally know my blood type, and I now have the knowledge I need to better care for my body’s unique needs. The customer service was great, and I truly appreciate the valuable service she provides to the community. I plan to refer all my loved ones to this shop and will definitely return for future holistic health needs.

The only downside was the limited parking with a single entry/exit- a minor inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.

Showed up to the shop and we almost made it in the first group. There was a young lady in front of my daughter and I who made it very clear that we, were not with her so the young man at the door made us wait until the next session. We were feeling a bit salty after. However, we waited patiently in the car until it was time for the next session. When we finally were able to go inside the rest of the experience was awesome. Very informative!! I was super excited to learn my blood type again. I know at some point earlier in my life I knew it. Anyway the rest of the staff were super nice and the process after getting inside went very smoothly. I love that the shop is located in the heart of the city where folks have access to health help and can be educated about living a healthy lifestyle. Thanks Vitamin Lady this was a great experience for my daughter and I. We will be back!!

I’ll start with the good… The juice was amazing, and the lamb soup was so scrumptious—I regretted not buying two! The ladies were sweet and accommodating. However, the young man there was a bit much, constantly telling us to move up, clear the counter, step outside, etc. Also, be prepared to wait a long time. They went viral back in July, and it seems they haven’t yet created a system to handle the influx efficiently. My family and I were there for almost 5 hours, and we had to leave before hearing the end of her speech to beat the traffic (we live 65+ miles away). Despite the wait, I’m giving 5 stars because I love what they’re doing, and I know this took them by surprise. I’ll probably wait at least a year before going back, though.

This place is the TRUTH! I feel extremely blessed to be able to visit a place such as this. Warm greeting, excellent staff and an Amazingly blessed leader of the community, MS. SHAWNA. I received a wealth of knowledge and an abundance of hope and inspiration. The soups are delicious, the tonics were tasty and the health supplemental items are reasonably priced to maintain a well-balanced lifestyle. THANK YOU MS. SHAWNA and STAFF for offering a better living for the community!!!!?

I luv this place but the type of employees will make or break an establishment.... FYI not everyone is familiar with all the organic products and names nevertheless baby we just know it tastes goodt and it is HEALTHY for us :/ So have grace if a customer ask for that drink that tastes like lemonade whew chile! She really annoyed me but I appreciate the handsome guy that help me to the car !!!

Very good experience and explanation of Services. But the light skinned lady with the big lashes was so rude for no reason while I was purchasing my juices. I’ll avoid her next time

Today was my first and last visit. I was very excited to get my blood test done and any additional services she offers after seeing some videos on Instagram that went viral. Unfortunately, I did not get to experience anything because of the poor planning of this business.

The establishment opens at 10 AM Thursday through Saturday only. I arrived around 11 and to my surprise there was at least 15 to 20 people inside the store alongside people waiting outside in the heat. I was greeted by a woman at the door and told there was a two hour wait time! They took my number down so they could call me when they were ready for me and I was only given a 20 minute time frame to arrive back at the shop. Upon arrival, I was then informed (after asking over three times for an ETA) it was going to be an additional 45 minutes to enter the store and start the process.

I was very excited for this experience today, but will not be returning until I hear that she has timeslots that you can book. I am not comfortable getting my blood drawn by someone that does not have an “about me” or her credentials posted online. I also do not like that her services are done in a group setting (aka alongside strangers) aside from the actual blood draw. I thought this was going to be one on one, healthy learning experience and was sadly mistaken.
